ADM Videoblog #13 — “American Journalists Detained in North Korea: The Controversy.”
I got through Laura and Lisa Ling’s “Somewhere Inside: One Sister’s Captivity in North Korea and the Other’s Fight to Bring Her Home” (http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/0062000675?ie=UTF8&tag=adadanmez-20&…) in just the one sitting yesterday.
It was a well-crafted entertaining read, yet one which skimmed over the rampant controversy surrounding the diplomatic efforts to liberate the two captives (Laura Ling & Euna Lee), one which nearly caused an international political incident.
